For Domestic Orders
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days & 4-5 days to delivery of the customer
placing the order.
However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay
(product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.
To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship
through reputed logistics companies.
We have live tracking option available on the website so you can track you order. If your enquiry is
urgent, please email us at info@thechokri.com and one of our team members will be in touch with
you at the earliest.
*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard
deliveries.
For International Orders.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your geographic location.
The dispatch time is 24-48 hrs.
Delivery time ranges between 7-10 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This
time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable
circumstances.
While we shall try to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to
product characteristics, or availability.
All custom duties shall be borne by the customer.
We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on international orders.
