Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to exchange your pair for another size then we are more than happy to exchange it within 3 days of purchase.
- The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the 'same style' only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of a similar or higher value only.
- We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
- Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, worn, or used.
- No Exchange & Return requests will be accepted during The Chokri sale period for products.
- How To Exchange
We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return the pair to us at The Chokri, B-303, Balaji Enclave, Lokhandwala Township, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101 India within 4 Days in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on info@thechokri.com for the same. We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests.
The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
No Returns & No Exchange on Purses.
Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
